1. Mentorship & Educational Purpose

CampusCodex provides hands-on capstone project implementation assistance, source code walkthroughs, live laptop configuration, and viva defense coaching. All deliverables are designed as educational learning assets to assist students in mastering engineering and computer science concepts.

2. Milestone Payments & Delivery

To ensure mutual trust, standard projects follow a milestone structure: 40% initial deposit to confirm technical scope and commence architecture, and the remaining 60% balance payable only after the working system is demonstrated and configured on your local machine.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon final settlement, full uncompiled source code, documentation files, and presentation materials are transferred directly to the student. You maintain full ownership to modify, inspect, and present the work.

4. Revisions & Scope Adjustments

Minor modifications, color tweaks, and parameter adjustments are provided free of cost within 3 days of delivery. Substantial feature additions outside the originally agreed synopsis are treated as scope revisions with separate timeline estimates.
