1. The 100% Execution Guarantee

We operate under a clear guarantee: if our technical team cannot get your project to run successfully on your local computer or demonstrate the committed functional requirements, you receive a full refund of your deposit without dispute.

2. Milestone Split Protection

Under our standard 40/60 milestone structure, you only pay the remaining 60% balance after you have inspected the working project running on your laptop and verified the core deliverables.

3. College Rejection Protection

If your college guide or department rejects the submitted topic or synopsis prior to code implementation, we will replace the topic with an alternative pre-approved project at zero additional charge.

4. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests can be initiated directly with your assigned project lead via WhatsApp (+91 9538114942). Approved refunds are processed back via the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer) within 3–5 business days.
